LBBG intermedius 3cy DKC 4272542 October 14 2001, Westkapelle, the Netherlands.

A 3cy LBBG ringed 4272452 Copenhagen Denmark. Some features indicate 3cy: much black on bill, relatively small white tips on the fresh outer primaries (p8 lacking such a white tip) and the old p10 lacking a white mirror. Nevertheless, the upper-parts are all grey as in adults and the tail is completely white. Note that p8 is slightly longer than p7, while p9-p10 are still old; moult will probably be arrested at p8.

This bird was ringed on July 07 1999 at Langli Ho Bugt Vadehavsoerne, Western Denmark (55.31N,08.19E).
