Ringed 3cy graellsii, ringed in N Germany in the Helgoland-Amrum colonies. These colonies fall in the transition zone between continental graellsii "Dutch intergades" and Scandinavian intermedius. Ring-Nr Helgoland 4304387 and PVC H780, ringed on 13 July 2008 on Helgoland / Düne (54 o 11 ' N 7 o 55 ' E).

Scapulars grey. P7 fully grown by October, P10 still old. P9 fully grown by late November, P10 = P7 in length (PMS = 48). Tail with limited black markings. Tertials and wing-coverts grey.
