photo 0314: Yellow-legged Gull michahellis NT83 3cy, November 23 2003, Rosas, NE Spain.

NT83 ringed at Medes Islands, NE Spain, now in 3cy. Complete moult finished. Mirror on P9 and P10. No immature patterns in the coverts or in the tail-feathers, all very adult-like. Still very immature bill and the iris is pale-yellow. The white tips on the primaries are small, just thin white crescents on the outermost primaries.
The complete moult in the upper-parts and head feathers have been finished, leaving birds with typical streaked heads on crown, nape and ear-coverts.
