LBBG 2cy, September 22 2002, Le Portel, NW France.

Primary P9 is fully grown. All rectrices are second generation and one tail-feather still shows the white fringe. The partial wing-covert moult is well underway with the upper two tertials moulted, the inner two greater coverts moulted and the third missing. All medians and almost all lower lesser coverts are included in the partial moult. Most of the lesser coverts are still second generation, although some may be moulted as well as 25% of the lessers is missing. 50% of the scapulars are grey with a brown wash and a pronounced black shaft.
