L. f. graellsii 6+cy MAMZ June 24 2011, Texel - Kelderhuispolder, the Netherlands. Picture Maarten van Kleinwee.

Ringed as breeding adult (male) on May 24 2010, at Kelderhuispolder, Texel, The Netherlands.

Adult Lesser Black-backed Gull in full summer (alternate) plumage. After being the victim of an oil spill in 2010, it's great to see this individual still around and actively breeding.
