Bird ringed in Norway.

Jean-Michel said: "I have recorded many birds of this Norwegian program now already since 1999. Most of the adult GBBG which frequent the harbour are pretty familiar birds to me. Most of them were recorded well before adult, like in 1cy, 2cy, 3cy, 4cy and I follow the development of their plumage year after year.
Observation of the Norwegian program still bring me me some surprise so now and then: some adult birds, like this JL8C, that I've never seen before. (This is only the third time that it happened if I remember correctly)."

An exceptional life history for this Great Black-backed Gull, which has been observed only twice in the last five years (incredible for a colour-ringed bird).
