US: 0%, LS: 0%, TOT SCAPS: 0%. Some scaps missing. Tertials and coverts juvenile, but GC4 looks fresher?

retarded looking bird as 4CY. Much black in tail, many barred coverts, lower tertials barred at fringes, small mirror on P9.
